Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the FadiFit application, website, and related services (“FadiFit”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using FadiFit you agree to these Terms.

1. Who may use FadiFit

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding agreement. If you use FadiFit on behalf of a coaching business, you confirm you are authorized to do so.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

2. Not medical advice

FadiFit provides fitness and nutrition information and AI-generated plans for general informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for consulting a qualified physician, dietitian, or other healthcare professional — especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, an eating disorder, an injury, allergies, or take medication. Stop and seek medical help if you feel unwell during exercise or a dietary change.

You are responsible for deciding whether any plan, exercise, or food is appropriate for you, and for exercising and eating safely within your own limits.

3. AI-generated guidance and its limits

Workout and meal plans may be generated by automated (AI) systems from the information you provide (such as goals, activity level, height/weight, allergies, injuries, and preferences). AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. We apply automated safety checks (for example allergen and injury filtering and nutrition tolerances) but these are not guaranteed to catch every issue.

Always review a plan before following it, and confirm that listed foods do not conflict with your allergies or medical needs.

4. Your content and inputs

You retain ownership of the information you enter. You grant us a limited license to process it to operate the service (for example, to generate and store your plans and share them with coaches you are assigned to).

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse FadiFit: no unlawful, harmful, abusive, or infringing activity; no attempts to breach security, scrape at scale, or disrupt the service; no impersonation. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Subscriptions, trials, and refunds

Some features require a paid subscription. Trial availability, price, billing period, and renewal are shown at purchase. Cancellation and refund terms are described in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Account closure and data deletion

You may request closure of your account and deletion of your personal data at any time through the app or support. Some records may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business needs, as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

FadiFit is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for injury or loss arising from your use of plans or guidance you chose to follow.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law
