Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what data FadiFit collects, how we use it, and your choices. FadiFit collects profile and health-adjacent information to generate personalized fitness and nutrition plans.

1. Data we collect

Account data: name, email, password (stored hashed), and role.

Profile and health-adjacent inputs you provide: age/date of birth, gender, height, weight, activity level, fitness goals, dietary preferences and restrictions, allergies, and injuries or limitations.

Usage and plan data: the workout and meal plans generated for you, progress and check-in entries, and messages with assigned coaches or specialists.

Technical data: device and log information needed to run and secure the service.

2. How we use your data

To create your account and provide the service; to generate and store personalized AI workout and meal plans from your inputs; to apply safety filters (for example excluding allergens and injury-contraindicated exercises); to let assigned coaches and nutrition specialists support you; and to secure the service and comply with law.

3. AI processing and providers

To generate plans, a subset of your non-identifying inputs (such as goals, targets, allergies, injuries, and candidate foods/exercises) is sent to a third-party large-language-model provider. We do not send this data for advertising. The provider processes it to return a plan.

4. What is shared — and what is not

Coaches and nutrition specialists you are assigned to can see the profile and plan information needed to support you. Your data is not sold. We do not share it with advertisers.

5. Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion of your account and personal data; we will delete or anonymize it except where retention is required by law or for legitimate, documented business needs.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may access and correct your personal data by editing your profile in the app, and export or delete your account data at any time from Settings in the app. Contact us through the app for any other requests, such as objecting to or restricting certain processing.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures (encryption in transit, hashed passwords, access controls) to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

FadiFit is not intended for children under the minimum age stated in the Terms. We do not knowingly collect data from them.

9. Changes and contact

We may update this Policy and will communicate material changes in-app or by email. Governing law and jurisdiction: [OWNER TO SET — e.g. the applicable jurisdiction of operation]. This document does not yet specify a governing law; the owner will set this with counsel before launch.
